Mercer is Really Underrated in India.I already had. 10" Voctorinox still I Bought this 10" Mercer Chef Knife.While I was Studying my Culinary Arts, Chef Gagan once Said About a Mercer Knife.They are as sharp as a Katana.Edge retaining capacity is very impressive.It's an Awesome Steel.Sharpens very Fast.Perfect for All Kinds of Use.It's massive size can easily chop down an Entire Pork Belly.Kudos to Mercer. My Next purchase will be a 12" Mercer Chef's Knife.

Rubber Handle is secreating oil
I am using this product since a year now and it is nice. But now the handle feels oily even after washing it properly and some oily substance is secreated by the handle.What is the solution to that..? Had to give a star since "no star" is not an option here. When we pay such a huge amount and get a crap - and then no one there to hear it out..!!!

Makes cutting sourdough a breeze.
I bought this specifically to cut sourdough. Regular knives make it a chore. This knife has now cut dozens of loaves of soudough, and has made the process quick and easy. This knife is an amazing bargain.
