The best I've ever used!
I've been weight training for many years. Often I travel to destinations where I don't have access to a gym. I've bought several of these tension bands for working out and they mostly have a limited range of motion, their elasticity changes over time or they are the wrong size.These ones are the best ones I have ever bought and were a fantastic replacement for the gym.Let's be honest here, I don't expect these bands to build muscle.. But certainly to give me the pump and and excercise I need. Yes you can have a complete body part or full body work out with these. Yes you will get sore and aching muscles.

The quality is very good. But 30 lbs max single band may not be enough for others. You have to put more bands for added resistance.
