Easily worth the money
This is nothing like average run of the mill red wine vinegar. I suppose the comparison I would try to make is the difference between boxed wine and a good bottle of vintage stuff. This is much more complex and the flavor comes through in salad dressings. Considering how long a bottle lasts me, this is well worth the price. It is quite an amazing vinegar.

Banyuls Vinegar
Excellent product which I order regularly. Unfortunately, for the first time, the package arrived and I immediately noticed a very small leak because the metal top of the bottle had been dented. It was really a minor leak, no big deal this time because the bottle still seems to be full. However, I would advise that you package oil and vinegar bottles with even more care.

Banyuls wine vinager from France, 5 years aged
It was supposed to be 750 ml each bottle and only has 500 ml. It was too expensive and don't recommend it to anybody. I am not happy with this purchase.

Tastes like any other red wine vinegar
I was hoping for a thick and delicious red wine vinegar. This one is too light, or in other words, watered down. It doesn't have the rich flavor I was hoping for. And it's expensive.... Not worth the money or the wait.

Tastes like red wine vinegar
Have you tasted red wine vinegar from the grocery store? Well, this tastes like red wine vinegar that has mellowed a little. Still, it is clearly red wine vinegar - tangy and acidic.

A good source for a great product
This is one of the best red wine vinegars available for those who want something besides the overdone balsamic vinegar. I first tried it at a Williams-Sonoma sale when they stopped carrying it. It has a wonderful flavor so I was pleased to find it on amazon and received 5 star service from Taylor's Market the seller who sent my order much faster than the promised date and very well packed so I recommend this great product and the seller.

Good vinegar, but not life changing.
I've only put the Banyuls vinegar to use on a few salads thus far, but I'd definitely rate it a solid buy. It's not something I'd drink straight from the bottle, but it's definitely better than the majority of vinegar I've purchased from the grocery store recently.

Love it
Excellent vinegar. I saw a contestant from Top Chef add this wine vinegar to onion soup. I tried it and it does make a difference.
