I want to hang this mirror in my tiny bathroom across from the medicine cabinet so i can see the back of my head. Will the 3D design block the view?

I don't think that it will block your view, but be advised that the 3D design sticks out 3" from the mirror. Make sure the door won't run into it.

are the mounting brackets on the back all i need to attach to wall nail or hook or do i need to do something to back bracket?

All you need as a screw or nail in the wall. Very easy to hang and sits sturdy on the wall. I love my mirror, little pricey but, beautiful

Is it possible to take the mirror apart from the framing? I would like to spray paint the framing a different color.

It does look like there are tabs in the back that you could pry up to separate them (like on the back of a picture frame), however I don’t want to ruin my mirror so I’m not going to attempt it. Worst case scenario, you could cover the mirror with masking tape.
