The product is great because the salt is straight from the salt mine in a mountain with no fake junk and they take care of everything to make sure it's kept from any contaminants. I have to drink more water and increased salt intake to keep my blood pressure from dropping to low which is called POTS. I have to do so because my blood pressure drops 20 points upon standing which before I knew what it was I passed out 3 times. Since I started doing everything to keep hydrated I've tried a lot of different products and they were ok but still had some dizziness until finding this product. This kills 2 birds with 1 stone because it's got both hydration formula and salt wrapped up in one. I won't buy anything else and their flavors are really good I recommend it to everybody that is trying to stay hydrated because of sports, working outside in high temperatures, health issues, and sweet a lot this has the skat in it to replace what you have lost. My husband loves these Re-Lyte electrolyte packets! He uses them as part of his carnivore diet and anytime he’s working outside in the Georgia heat. They’re easy to mix, taste great, and really help him stay hydrated and energized during long, hot days. A simple and effective way to replenish electrolytes without any unnecessary additives. Highly recommend!

Love this pack to try all the flavors. These are salty lol just a heads up. Favorites are lemon lime (reminds me of Gatorade but not sweet), watermelon (a bit tangy), really enjoyed the pins colada (sweetest one but still salty), strawberry lemon is good too I like mixing it with strawberry lemon Poppi soda and it’s so yummy!!, my least favorite was mixed berry. I really enjoyed mixing them with sparkling water. It’s like a 0 calorie treat.Normally drink them fasted (obv not mixed with a Poppi for fasting haha!) before my workouts and it definitely makes a difference for me. I don’t get dizzy and I continue drinking until my eating window and helps me feel good.Of course it’s more reasonable financially to get a tub of a single flavor but it was worth the splurge for me to taste the flavors and have some variety.

Nice to try some different flavors before deciding, which one is the best or that you'd drink. This is a very salty hydration drink so be prepared for that. My son has been complaining of his legs hurting so we are trying to up his hydration now that he is practicing longer. He likes the lemon lime or lime the best. I enjoy the mix berry.

We have switched over to using this for electrolytes instead of Gatorade. It has been great. It has clean ingredients to help stay hydrated without the added sugar. This is my favorite flavor. Packets are more money but worth it for traveling. It gives me energy when I drink it. Think it is a though quality product.

Love these!!! Took them to Coachella in the spring of 2025 - as the daytime temps for the festival were 103-degrees... Drank 1 before heading over to the venue, and then another 4 over the course of the day/evening in between drinks - and they did an awesome job of keeping me hydrated, and my electrolytes in balance... Just mix in 18-20 oz of water, and you are good to go... Felt great the whole time, and the pina-colada flavor is my fav, after sampling all of the options in their travel mix... I have a cannister at home of pina-colada Re-Lyte with a scoop - and a bag of single travel packs for when I'm camping, hiking, scuba diving, or doing any other outdoor activity...

I like all the flavors. I bought these to help with getting rid of headaches and migraines as I recently found that electrolytes and caffeine help. I've drank these twice with bad headaches and it helped!
