I used this the last month I was pregnant and I’m still use it to keep hydrated.

Since using this consistently for a few weeks before and during my period I do feel a bit of a difference in the length of the period pain and the intensity of it. I think it is important to drink this weeks leading up to the period itself so your body has time to work with the benefits. Affordable, good brand, lasting me months. You only really need about a table spoon or less in a strainer or tea ball of some sort. Taste isn’t strong at all esp if you add honey.

I’m currently using this tea to aid in balancing my hormones. Since using this paired with other supplements I’ve seen an improvement in the duration of my cycle. It also tastes great even without honey. I’ll probably be purchasing this for the foreseeable future.

I am waiting for results has no taste no real smell. It smells like loose leaf tea. It looks like it's good quality for the value. It's easy to use. Has an organic color. I'm waiting on results to see if the Functionality is worth it.

Love this tea, I regularly drink raspberry leaf leading to pregnancy and birth and this is the best tasting one I’ve found in the past 10 years of pregnancies! You don’t need a lot and still get amazing flavor. I’m not sure if it truly helps with labor or pregnancy but my last 3 pregnancies (when I drank it religiously) have been amazing and great postpartumrecovery!
