Ich benutze das Kabel neuerdings als Verbindung zwischen IPhone und Ifi Audio Diablo. Im Gegensatz zu den früheren Adaptern mit Lightning Steckern gibt es hier nun endlich keinerlei Kontaktprobleme sehr. Die Musik lässt sich absolut störungsfrei genießen!Die Verarbeitung ist sehr gut. Die Stecker sitzen gut in den Buchsen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden!

I always find it very disappointing when I receive a small package in a huge package. I always try to carefully choose a beautiful and responsibly produced product. The producers of these types of products often have nice words about the environment and the responsible use of materials. They also place high demands on their suppliers. So does IFI. On their website they write: "The long-term success of our business depends critically on the efficient management of safety, health, environment, quality, energy, carbon reduction, and responsible sourcing. In order to inform and encourage wider adoption of ethical behaviors , we have a single sustainability policy that is periodically reviewed and disseminated to workers, contractors, visitors, key stakeholders, and our supplier chain." how disappointing it is then to receive a surplus of paper and even plastic as a package. And yes: the packaging of the product itself is minimalist and consists entirely of cardboard. However, in this way more material is used for the shipment than for the purchased product. Too bad and certainly not sustainable, and certainly not according to IFI's own standards for responsible resourcing and carbon emissions. The word Greenwashing comes to mind.

Feels much more sturdy, also in the connections, compared to the OTG cable that was included with my Ifi Hip DAC. That one disconnected from the phone sometimes while wearing it in a pocket but this one doesn't seem to do that.I hear no difference in sound quality though, but I am OK with this since I am very satisfied with how the Zen DAC performs already. So don't buy this to upgrade sound quality. If you don't like how your portable dacamp sound, just get a new one or change headphones. But if you want a good quality OTG cable you can not go wrong here.
