Good sturdy mount
Good sturdy monitor mount. Worked well with my 24 inch monitor for a ceiling mount. Fit my needs perfectly.

Great for your Basement Gym!
I got one, then ordered another 2!They are perfect for attaching to floor joists to hang your t.v. monitor from. I have it hooked up in front of an elliptical machine that I can watch youtube videos of running through France, Thailand or the world! I also have another in front of a rowing machine for the same and another where I can watch my favorite, Mountaindog, while I am lifting for some great tips and inspiration. The mount can rotate 360 and tilt slightly. The pole is length adjustable as well. Just make sure the mounting hardware configuration fits your tv,I installed 40" screens. They are easy to install and assemble if you have a drill/screwgun and are comfortable with that type of install. If you aren't, someone you know probably is! At under 30$ ea. A good deal.

Perfectly serviceable
This isn't the nicest mount ever made but it's sturdy enough for smaller TVs and it was easy to set up. For the price, this is a good value, as long as you aren't trying to mount something bigger than 40" or so.

Jolly good; may need to upgrade some screws and the like.
For the money, quite good. Basically this is a piece of mainland Chinese hardware meant to hold up a smallish monitor or television, and it does the job well. The main pieces themselves seem fairly sturdy, and the design is basic enough that it seems reasonably solid and well put-together. I am an engineer, and found this to be a solid piece of functional equipment decently made. The down side is that some of the fasteners and screws, especially the nylon-threading lock bolts, are *not* especially well-made, and one may need to run to the local hardware store to upgrade them. I was in a paranoid (cautious?) mood, and probably spent $2.00 or so on fasteners to make sure everything was well-secured. Given the initial low price of the item, this didn't seem like much.Note the size and weight limitations for this item; they are worth noting. This item should, I think, perform as expected within its design limits. I would not let a child swing on this, unless it's a child you don't like much, and it's in front of an open window above a great height.
