noticable benefit for my cramping
actually realized benefitthis magnesium oxide. The least desirable of the 3 main magnesium types but did a lot to lower cramping. Most affordable of the 3 also.

Helped with my nighttime leg pain
I used to have a lot of pain in my legs when lying down at night, especially in my feet. I had read that it could be related to magnesium deficiency, so I decided to give this supplement a try. I’ve been taking it regularly, and honestly, the pain is gone. It made a real difference for me, and I’m very happy with the results.

Best brand of Magnesium
I've been using this brand for many years. It keeps things moving if you know what I mean. One a day and I am good to go (no pun intended).A gastro doctor suggested this about 25 years ago and I am very pleased with the product

Ineffective for anything but a laxative effect
To the anxious, overtired, twitchy-legged masses: This product lists 500 mg of magnesium, but it uses magnesium oxide, which has terrible absorption—your body only uses about 4% of that.If you’re trying to support muscle function, calm nerves, or help with RLS, you’d need to take 10+ pills a day just to reach a useful dose. That much will almost guarantee stomach issues before you see any benefit.I used this for restless leg syndrome (RLS) and it did nothing—until I learned the problem was the form, not the dose. I switched to magnesium glycinate, and it actually helped. This one just isn’t worth it unless you need a cheap laxative.
