Started with 250mg (one pill) a day, until symptoms returned overnight disturbing my sleep. Upped it to 500mg which did the trick, no muscle tremor or twitch for over 18 months. Usually don't go in for the remedies I find on Youtube but it popped up after searching the symptoms, seemed relatively inexpensive and harmless, and it turns out it worked for me in this case. For me symptoms went away after 3-4 days.

Great vitamins

I could actually go up on the dosage of this bottle because I take two every evening but other people in my house also take the same vitamin. I did some reading to see what I might be able to take to help with the leg cramps I get in the evening and taking these on a regular basis with my nighttime medicine has greatly relieved the amount of leg and foot cramps I get while laying in bed. So, for my purpose this is exactly what I needed and works exactly as I had hoped it would.
