Q: is this cable compatible with Seagate external hard drives?

NO. I bought this for my Seagate external hard drive and it lights up and makes the sound like all is connected -- but I cannot access my hard drive. Went back to my original connector (which is shorter) and it still works. DO NOT get this if you have a Seagate. No good.

Q: If i get the 3.3ft+3.3ft is that two separate 3.3fts?

I assume you will get two 3.3 ft cables since it's a two-pack. I only bought one 3.3 ft cable.
