I am reviewing this product after 1 month of use and I am impressed with its cost and build quality which is worth it and this saved me from buying an electric scooter because electric scooter cannot be paddled if the battery is drained but we can paddle an electric cycle and if we are tired we can use the battery. So overall it's good for health and one more thing one day it got punctured but it is too lite that I can carry on my own and I do not have to look forward for a towing vehicle. It's amazing product and good loking also.

Expected it to be well put together product but was disappointed as I received the cycle with a microshift derailleur at the back rather than a Shimano one . Gear selector is of S ride ( never heard of it before ) , I think it is put together by third party . Onle the Cassette is of Shimano . Got to take it to a local vendor for tight fitting of some parts as it is not confidence building.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased the cycle end of Nov 21. It was delivered within 2 days.The cycle came almost complete assembled. I only had to fix the peddles and adjust the handlebar which is easy to do with the tools provided.The saddle of the seat was a bit wobbly which seems to be a standard issue with hero cycles. Luckily I got that fixed from a local dealer for 50 bucks..Here are some pros and cons:Pros-Good support with pedal assistGood graphicsConcealed battery makes the cycle look like a regular cycle from a distance and hence does not gather attention.Cons-No mudguardsNo removable battery. You need to bring cycle to home and charge it. Takes 3-4 hrsRough gears- Thumb shifter is of S-ride, derailleur is Microshift and 7 speed cassette is that of Shimano. This combination somehow makes the gear shifting very rough.Cycle bell needs to be installed on right side as left side is occupied with gear shifters and electric consoleThis is a good beginner ecycle if anyone wants to buy.

Handle has brocken. Tyre does not hold air and like this is puncture at starting. Meter is also not working properly. Not a high class product.

Milage aproximatley 25 kilometer in rough and smooth roads with a weight. Of 71 kgRiding feel is good ,i am an 55 year old,Affordable price when i bought it

The media could not be loaded. I got the Cycle in 28th Aug in only 1 day i ditectd these problems.1. When i was trying to shift from 6th gear to 7th gear it's always skip back to 6th gear2. Rear break is very stiff & hard like it's beark wire rusted and jamed from inside3. Rear tyre is looks normal but while riding the bike in smooth and plain roads it feels like jumping.* SO i talked to Hero customer care and they adressed me to go to the hero authorised dealer and they will fix your problem and i did the same,When i go there asked to fix the problem they refused and told me that they dont do any thing with online purchased product and harshly said you purchased it in online so talk to online.Thats why i Returned it.* Very harsh behaviour and poor service by hero dealer they only support you when you buy product from their store only.

the day i received cycle , gears were defective. 7th gear makes cracking noise then chain falls off . I'm unable use 1st gear and it doesn't go down below 2nd gear when switching from 3rd. Switching from 7 to 6th gear it directly lands me to 5th gear instead. The tires were unable to hold air more than 1 hr. Such a nice condition and performance for a brand new cycle of 29k.
