This is one of my favorite series growing up. Spent so much time playing all 3 games on the Sega genesis with friends. This game is a perfect edition to the series. It stayed with the game style of the original games. Love this game so much

This game is a great game to play with other people or even just yourself. The dlc comes with very cool characters all with their own fighting style, speed, combos, etc. it’s definitely worth the price

Streets of Rage is one of the best brawlers of all time. I grew up with this game and haven't stopped playing it. It's such a satisfying feeling smashing your enemies at every point you get and it's rewarding when you do this. I think that's why brawlers are addictive and one of the best genres of video games.This game has 12 eccentric stages that will hold your attention as you take back the streets! This game did take a bit of time to come out, but I'm glad they took their time with this because it's beautiful and appealing.The companies responsible for Streets of Rage 4 are Developer: DotEmu, Publisher: Guard Crush Games, Publisher: Lizardcube, and Developer: Yooreka Studio. They did such a fantastic job! I love the graphics, attention to detail, enemy customizations, the 17 playable characters (12 in pixel art), hand-drawn animated graphics, and the classic game play with increased new mechanics, and of course the sweet 90's music!This game is the anniversary edition, so you receive the DLC: Mr. X. Nightmare, survival mode, three new playable characters, new weapons, enemies, and a character customization that lets you build your own fighting style with new moves. This is brought to you by the manufacturer of this game known as Merge.Easily a 5 star game! Keep fighting and take back the streets!

Going to be honest with you I never played the original first three streets of rage games that released on the mega drive or later, the only influence I have is from the 3DS Project X zone games, they introduced me to the character so I figured I’d try it, the game runs pretty well. It’s very interesting. It’s very smooth and it’s gameplay. The quality is surprisingly very well done, it takes a while to get used to the controls but as far as standard sign scrolling “beat-‘em ups” go it’s pretty good
