Got this as a gift for a relative who needed a slim and more executive type pen. This fit the bill, with a renown name like Waterman for quality and not as expensive, or common, as a Cross. Contacted the relative after Christmas when he returned to work, and asked if it met his expectations. Response: I love the pen! It's really nice and writes really well. I'm already using it this morning!!"

This is a review of the Waterman Hemisphere stainless steel ballpoint pen w/ medium blue refill. What an excellent pen!I'm not particularly a fan of ballpoints. I usually write with rollerballs or fountain pens, but these Waterman ballpoints are just as smooth as some rollerballs are. I actually purchased five of these — gifts for my groomsmen. I decided to try one of them out before I gave it away, and I fell in love with it, so I bought another for myself.It has a solid weight to it — not too heavy and not too light. You can tell the materials are of quality and built to last. Of course, it is a Waterman. The box it comes in is beautiful and makes for perfect gift-giving. At $22, the price made it an irresistible buy.

Love everything about this pen, except it is a tad skinny. Writes very well and is nice looking.

Very nice. Smooth writer and nicely balanced

I bought it as a graduation gift for my daughter, but the case is damaged. There is tape and tape residue on the case. See attached photos. An exchange is no solution because I suspect all pens have tape on the gift box. I tried to reach out to Waterman directly (through a link on the Amazon help page) but they told me: "As we no longer place orders nor ship directly and you have placed your order with Amazon who are independent from us, we are unfortunately unable to assist you from our end. Our sincere apologies.For further assistance with regards to your query, we recommend reaching out to the retailer directly."So if you buy this pen as a gift, know that the gift box probably is damaged.
