Size:H11 | Color:Pink Bulbs ONLY does not contain ballasts. HID (High Intensity Discharge) refers to lighting technology that relies on an electrical charge to ignite xenon gas contained in a sealed bulb. A normal halogen bulb uses a filament which can burn out in as little as 200 hours. HID bulbs are gas filled capsules that are rated for a lifespan of nearly 4500 hours. HID bulbs also shine much brighter due to this technology. Unlike halogen bulbs, HID's emit a type of light that closely resembles natural daylight and is therefore easier on human eyes. In fact, HID lights are currently used in most sports arenas, stadiums, and train stations worldwide. Don't be fooled by lower end Xenon replica bulbs sold at most retail shops. They are no match for the intensity, purity, and efficiency of high intensity discharge headlights.

By far the best bulbs on Amazon for the money!
I’ve tried every bulb under $50 on Amazon and Kensun seems to put perform all other brands by far.I originally started with a set of Kensuns. After 87k miles of use I finally had one blow out.I went to replace the bulbs with a cheaper alternative. I tried all 4 of the alternatives and ended up just ordering these kensuns again after trying the disappointing less expensive options.I am very pleased with this brand.I’ve noticed that they don’t come prime anymore which tells me Kensun must be ending it’s relationship with Amazon which would be very unfortunate. They do have decent customer service and a good warranty for a bulb manufacturer which is hard to find these days.I just hope their lack of presents on Amazon doesnt mean they’re going out of business.Fingers crossed

Very bright!!!... Update
Update: Replacement bulbs barely lasted a year. Bought another replacement pair but If these don't last will be upgrading to led bulbs next... If your going to get a hid lights make sure you get the 55w kit. It's extremely bright and lights up the entire road! The 6k is the perfect white color

I was hoping these would be as good as the HID bulbs I got from Retro Solutions ...
I purchased the 55 watt 5000k HID bulbs. I was hoping these would be as good as the HID bulbs I got from Retro Solutions but they aren't. These look more like 4300k as they have a fair amount of yellow light. Not the white light I was hoping for even though my other 5000k bulbs are very white. Also they aren't anywhere as focused or bright either. Not impressed at all and won't be buying this brand ever again.

Replace them every 6 months!
Not very satisfied. The lights work great when they work. For the last 2 1/2 years I’ve been replacing these bulbs or ballasts every 6 months. I’ve even tried replacing everything completely. Kensun is great with customer service but as far as the product, it’s garbage and I will be looking for another supplier for decent headlights. I am sorry but I will not be buying these ever again. Good thing I kept standard halogens in my high beams for emergency headlights...

Best HID's Ever! Don't buy anything else!
These HID's are amazing! So easy to install with the 55w slim ballasts and they are affordable!! If you buy the full kit it comes with instructions. You can even keep the same ballasts and change bulb sizes when you switch cars. Exactly what I did.

Don't get the 4300K
I bought a 55watt kit from Kensun some time ago and wanted to try other bulb colors to test brightness in theory the 4300k color should be close to stock color, well it turns out that the color is somewhat purple/blueish and they're deemer than the 5000k or even the 6000k option, I'd suggest get the 5000k, 4300 sre not even the color you expect and they're deemer without a doubt.

Talking to seller...
Speaking to the seller and getting new bulbs sent out. I had bought a 55w 6,000K HID kit from Kensun, ended up buying a cheap pair of 8,000K bulbs, one went out, had to use a bulb from the original kit. Ended up buying a pair of 55w 8,000K bulbs here and the labels were correct, but the color profile was wrong. Just a mistake. It happens.Right side is one of the cheap 8,000K bulbs I got ages back and the left side is the new bulb from when I ordered these.Hoping to get this resolved soon. Thank you.
