I was pleased with the kit performance. I had an issue with one of the parts and customer service went above and beyond in helping me resolve me issue! Love that.

Gosh I forgot to clean my pew pew after using it, so thank you for the reminder. I love this kit it has everything in it for my pewpew.

This is not just for .22 caliber-but also includes .204 & .243 caliber tools, which not everyone can use. So it should be labeled .22, .204 & .243 caliber cleaning kit. Also, mine only had 2 bore brushes (no .243), but it had 3 cotton bore swabs for the 3 calibers. Picture shows 2 swabs-3 brushes.Beside that, the cotton patches that fill the space on the right side in the one I got are much larger, and had to be folded on one side to fit into that square hole, unlike the smaller ones pictured here. So, mine came with 3 bore swabs, 2 bore brushes (.204 & .22), slotted .22 tip, 3 size jags, and much larger patches on the right.It looks like a good quality kit, but not what I wanted so I am returning mine. I will probably buy the Ruger universal handgun/rifle kit instead by Allen. That one doesn't come with a nylon brush, and has no bore swabs (really wanted these)-seems these components vary in each kit they make. Though I wish it were standardized so you wouldn't have to buy separately to add them or make do without.At least Amazon will make good on the shipping back since it was their mistake-hope they correct the info on the page, but....don't hold your breath, and be forewarned you might not get what is pictured.

My .22 rifle had been sleeping for 60-plus years, and this kit provided everything I needed to recondition the unit. In my youth, I used the rifle for target practice quite regularly, but I never cleaned it. At this point, the contents of this Ruger kit provided everything I needed to completely clean the bore and its action. Everything fits in the case nicely, and assembling and changing the kit parts to suit each gun-cleaning phase is very easy. I singled out this kit simply because Ruger has been manufacturing firearms for a long time and I figured they would fully stock this cleaning kit with everything needed. I am super happy with the results.

Still works well and worth the money.
