Q: Which formula should be used for gardenias?

Stimulates structural and vegetative growth. Builds strong roots. Provides Nitrogen, Phosphorous, Potassium and secondary minerals.

Q: Is it ok to have premixed in bottles?

If you have it diluted with water it is. You cannot mix the bottles together and let them set on the shelves. Some of the nutrients cannot be mixed together until you add water.

Q: I can see that the kit includes a PH test indicator, but does it include nutreints that help balance the pH?

Actually it does. Even aerating the water overnight will change pH. And virtually anything you add to a nutrient solution will have some effect on pH; most notably calcium, magnesium, of which there is an abundance in the micro solution. Silicates also have a hefty effect but are needed most notably when using RO purified water. But, ultimately, you may need to add specific additives to adjust pH such as pH up & down.

Q: Does it come with something to measure milliliters?

No it does not but comes with a chart and I believe the cap on them or about 7.5 meals for sale
