Don't be without them
Excellent product, price and quick delivery, these connectors make quick, easy waterproof connections, I have only used them on 12 voltage electrics and have had no issues or failures, if you need a good connection these are well up to the job.

Not as easy as it looks
First time using this type of connector so had a few practice runs with different cable sizes & connector sizes.Not that easy to be certain solder has melted fully onto the conductors but appears to be good seal on the ends over the cable insulation.Several of the practice joints which I thought looked OK failed when subjected to a moderate 'PULL' test.Will continue practice until either happy & confident or not able to trust effectiveness of this system.Currently still using tried & tested crimped push connectors plus shrink wrap insulation.Will update if my technique & confidence in the system improves.
