Not compatible or defective
I either received a defective earpiece or the one sent to me was not compatible with my phone (iPhone 12 pro). Took it in to apple and they put in an oem earpiece.

Works but must be wider than original
My iPhone 12 ear piece went out magically just past the warranty. I bought this as the replacement. It works but must be fatter than the original as my screen won't seat closed near the ear piece as well as it previously did. Hope it lasts.

Don't buy it. you better take it to apple service center
don't buy this. after installed this, my wifi/hotspot/cellular functions were gone. it made more issues with my iPhone. Truly disappointment!
