KEYDISK Mini • Slim Key Holder • Aerograde Anodized Aluminum • Compact Keychain Organizer • Great for Lanyards, Key Fobs, Key Ring (Grey)

I purchased this because it seemed to be the most minimal solution I could find for handling several keys. Others look like huge Swiss army knives, which I'm not really into. It does what it's supposed to do, but there are a few minor issues.1. Some sort of pictorial guide for assembly would be nice. There are a handful of parts that come with it as well, and it took me a moment to figure out what they were for.2. The bottle opener/car fob attachment is not designed straight, so either the hole for the fob will be askew when the device is closed, or the bottle opener will jut into the keys and push them out on the other side when it's closed.3. The manufacturer should probably write in the maximum key dimensions that can be supported in the holder. I have a few oversized ones, and I needed to put all of them on one side (with my tiny ones on the other side) so that all of them could fit in there. You can see this in the picture I uploaded. If you only have a mixture of oversized and normal ones, the device may not close for you. It's really dependent on the shape of the key as well because if the wide part of the key is large, it may prevent proper closing.4. I know it's advertised to prevent scratches to devices while in your pocket, but the Keydisk Mini itself is made from metal. I don't think it'll prevent scratches, because the Keydisk Mini itself will scratch anything that's in the same pocket because of its sharp edges.Other than that, I am pleased with the purchase. I personally think that despite the flaws, it's still the best minimal key organizer out on the market today. Others just seem way too bulky. Just make sure your keys will fit in there, or else you'll get a fat mess.

First off, the tool can support pretty much any key, I put my car key (with the large plastic head) in mine. That is a big plus for me.Second, there are two size options, the last picture if you select blue or black shows the two sizes. basically it comes with raisers that double the height. I'd imagine you could buy these raisers separately to get more size options. you can cheat a little bit by leaving a bit of the screw exposed to get a slight bit of extra space.The way the tool works is there are two screws on the bottom, that can be tightened/loosened to adjust the tension of that half. If you have a wider key opening, you will need more tension to keep it from sliding. The tension also determines how easy it is to rotate the keys in/out. One tip is the tension will be higher closer to the screw, so you can order your keys based on how much tension they need that way.The other think to keep in mind is how you plan on holding the tool/key when you pull one out, you'll want to make sure the key is right-side-up when it's pulled out.I was going to give it 4/5 because the tension screws & raisers weren't really explained, but the actual product I'd say 5/5

It had a good run but eventually lost my Keydisk and keys. Let’s say this, I didn't buy a replacement. Lightweight and slim, it held my keys compactly and securely. Never going back to regular keychains. Keydisk was on the flimsy side. I had to ensure a solid hold on the key itself while turning a lock. Otherwise it would break and twist apart — it’s the downside of these slim holders. Plus the rubber spacers crumbled over time, and you needed an even number of keys or it’s crazy lopsided and uneven. Meh but not so ehhh...

It holds all my keys nicely, reducing clutter, but the washers holding the keys together wore out after about a month and caused my keys to flop around in my pocket instead of being nicely held in position. This causes the screws holding the device together to slowly work themselves loose and fall out if I don't tighten them regularly with my fingernails.Another thing to take note of is that most of these key disk style products require you to stack the exact same number and thickness of keys on both sides, or pad them with washers, which makes getting keys on here in the first place a bit of a pain.

I received my KeyDisk broken. It had what appeared to be a manufacturing defect on how it was cut so it would hold keys, but they were wonky and the connection was warped. I contacted KeyDisk first, just to determine if they might be able to help me instead of Amazon. Sure enough, after using their site contact form, the co-owner of KeyDisk contacted me the next day. Immediately apologetic, and offered to send me a new one ASAP. Great customer service, top notch for sure. I can't wait to get my new one and throw my keys in it. The build quality (besides my defect) appears top notch. Should help me a ton with too many keys in my pocket. Stellar customer service from KeyDisk, highly recommended!

I purchased this product because I wanted to compact my keys and keep them from jingling in my pocket. I saw this and thought what a great idea! I ordered it and when it came in, I was a little underwhelmed. It looks exactly like advertised, but what I didn't think through was that even though they give you the little hole for your key fob on the back of the bottle opener, it doesn't tell you is that through the opening of the key, your keychain ring will lock everything up and keep things from opening all the way. So now I have to keep my key fob separate from the rest of my keys. This creates two items instead of one. Since it was so cheap, I am going to keep it, but in the end I am a little disappointed.

I'm blown away by how well this held up. I had imagined that after a few months, I would have to end up re-tightening the holder every day, but that's not true. This is completely a "set it and forget it" key holder (after you figure out how you want it to be configured).Mine is holding 4 keys and a YubiKey with a space between each. Additionally my car's key fob is hanging off of the bottle opener/keyring holder combo item that takes up the "sixth slot" on mine, though it could probably comfortably handle 8-10 items of similar key-like-sizes. I cannot imagine myself going back to a key ring or even going to another brand of key holder like this. I have recommended it to every one it has come up to and a few have bought it and felt the same way.It's perfect.
