I bought two bags thinking I'd get more , I only wanted to cover some wet boggy area on the grass and it only just managed it , I thought I'd have some left to top up later . So although it's good quality, it's rather expensive. I will look around elsewhere for some more .

2 x 60lt bags (120lt) of bark cost £28 and it was pretty. Wickes were doing a deal 100lts of bark for £8 instead of £12. (though not so pretty} So this product very expensive by comparison, but it was pretty. I guess my lesson is do your homework. Plus the product arrived in a pretty beaten up box but no biggie as after all it is garden bark

My shrubs are looking more tidy with the bark surrounding them and I’m hoping will be weed free this yesr

I have bought a few bags of chipped bark from other companies over the years and always been disappointed with the quality. This was very good quality and looks attractive when laid. It does smell a bit for a day or two but that soon goes. I would recommend it.The bags arrived within the specified time and were packed in cardboard boxes,
