We bought this as an alternative to normal cereal that we eat with milk or Greek yogurt. While these are unsweetened, they are superior to your standard breakfast cereal in every way. They are less calories and less sugar while tasting good. If you like a sweeter taste you can add sugar/fruit that way. The texture is also good in both milk and Greek yogurt.The price is also very good (we bought it around $3.75) and we will be buying this again. Highly recommend for those looking for a healthier but still tasty alternative to normal breakfast cereal!

The product itself is as described. I like that it is 1 ingredient and clean. I purchased this for a particular recipe. It came with another order and was smooshed at the bottom of the bag. Also, I was in a market that I don’t go to often and I saw it for a lot less money. Worth it if you need it and can’t find it locally but I will go out of my way to pay significantly less. It is fresh.

My husband likes this cereal as he is diabetic and this low carb but also healthy.

This product was excellent.

These are great to mix with sweeter cereals to lower sugar intake.
