Followed the set up instructions and the oven ran so hot I could not touch it and it radiated heat that cooked my entire kitchen.THIS IS NOT SAFE FOR SMALL AREAS OR EVEN LARGE ONESI would not recommend the to anyone.

I just got this today and wanted to share my initial impression. I got this to use as my every day oven as I only have an Aga in my rental and it is costing a fortune to run + making the house unbearably hot. This was the biggest countertop oven I could find, but I'm not sure if I'll keep it or not.Pros:-Big! You can fit normal quarter sheet pans in this as long as the lip isn't too big on them.-Quiet fan *** (see cons)-Fairly attractive as far as appliances goCons:-There is no drip pan in the bottom, I had to improvise my own. There is a rotisserie function so you'd think they would have a drip pan you can take out and wash.-This is quiet EXCEPT for the fact that the timer knob ticks like an overwound clock or an old timey bomb about to go off. What is this the 1900's or something? The machine pops and pings a lot as it's heating up too. The ticking though is enough to drive you mad.-The internal fan is on the same side as the control panel. Directing heat to the electricals seems like a bad idea.- THIS THING GETS HOT! Like the entire outside is so hot it will burn you, including the so called double glass. My other air fryer just got warm. This seems to have no insulation at all.- The fan shuts off when the timer goes off. Usually in convection the fan stays on for a while to cool the appliance down. Without that the heat will shorten the life of the appliance.-The light stays on the entire time you run the oven. Why??? Again, that will shorten the lifespan.-There are gaps around the door, and the door doesn't sit flush on one side. Also there were dings and small scratches around the door. I don't think the craftsmanship is very good.Some of the photos & literature shows 2 baking pans but there's only one. Maybe they used to include 2? Thankfully you can fit some regular pans because this is such an odd shape that you won't be able to get pans that fit it exactly like the single one that comes with it.-The first run produced a ton of stinky chemical smoke. I'd advise burning off whatever *that* is before you use it to make food.-The plug is massive and sticks out really far from the wall. This could've been avoided if the cord was at the bottom of the plug instead of the back, but I'm not a plug designer so what do I know.I will try making a few meals in it before I decide whether to keep it and update if it is a disaster or if it performs spectacularly well.

I received my oven today and it looked great but unfortunately the parts that should be inside the oven were missing - please arrange to send me the missing accessories that should have been in the over - I thing this is the only solution to enable me to have use of my oven

Cooks food to perfection. Highly recommend this product.
