We bought the same mattress directly from the manufacturer first, lived it so much, purchased a second me. Amazon had a better price the second time around. Super comfy, we like a semi firm mattress. I sleep on my back and side, hubby sleeps on his stomach very comfortably. We ordered a king and a frame, nice to not have to deal with a box spring.

I took a risk buying a mattress I hadn't physically seen, but my old mattress was 12 years old and toast. I searched for a combination springs/foam mattress, as that was what I already had and had served me well. I chose this one for that reason, and upgraded in size from a queen to a king.I am beyond pleased with this mattress. It is very soft but supportive, which is what I need for my problematic back and hips, and my cats also love it. I replaced my original bedframe with a low platform bedframe, so I do not need a box spring.Buying a mattress is a challenge when you can't see it in the store, but this was a risk worth taking. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone who needs a mattress on the softer side.

Bed has not held its shape up in less than a year. It came with a forever warranty and I’ve tried contacting the brand several times. I also purchased a protection plan with asurion and they won’t cover the bed either so I sent almost $1,000 for a fancy peice of foam.

This bad has changed how I sleep. Its firm but so comfortable, when im not home i miss this bed. Ive never waken up in any pain and it supports me well even with me being a large guy. Worth every penny

Quite happy with the bed overall, i get my best sleep now, it is quite heavy so will need two people to lift it feasibly for sure. Biggest gripe is after i unpacked it and unraveled it, the zipper broke when i was lifting the bed onto my frame, which wasnt very elevated at all. so its gonna be a pain when i do have to move it later on for sure.

This mattress was ordered in a hurried move due to a POD scheduling issue when we had to bump our move-in date up by a week and needed something to sleep on, so I had concerns about ordering one that I had not really fully researched or checked out. But it is GREAT! The mattress is very plush/cushy on top, but when you lie down, it has a medium firm core of support. Hubs and I have both slept well with no pressure point pain on shoulders when side-sleeping, but also good lumbar support when on backs. I knew we wanted a hybrid mattress with individual coils for some firmness but also a topper layer with some softness, and this is very much that Goldilocks combo. Afer sleeping on hundred of hotel beds (travel for work and leisure ALOT) I would say that of all the matresses we've used, it is definitely in the top 5-10% only out-paced by a few really luxe splurgy hotel experiences. I don't know if it will hold up over time since we've only had for a couple of weeks, but we've noticed we wake less in the night (in our 50s.) It terms of firmness, it is not what I would consider a traditionally medium firm because the top layer is very soft, but the inner core is very supportive and doesn't leave you sleeping in a concave position. This mattress was about half the price of our last purchase of a major brand from Macy's and I like it better.

I purchased the Dream Cloud in late April 2023 and enjoyed it for about 8 months. Then I should have looked into returning it, but knew it would be a hassle. We have rotated it multiple times. (Not flipped!)I just read a review of Mr. Mallard who tried to return his, and now I am glad I never tried. He ran into nothing but roadblocks from Amazon and the manufacturer.This is the worst and most painful mattress we have ever owner. Sags on both sides and is hard as a rock in the middle. I am of average weight and size, my wife is small. I wake up feeling like having been hit by a train.Suggest!! Do not buy this mattress!!

Initially (the first 90 days) we were satisfied with the mattress. Satisfied, as it was a slight improvement over our 12 year old mattress we replaced, but not impressed as this mattress at its peak never had the firmness that was advertised and certainly not the edge structure the brand hypes. Also the mattress smell took a lot longer to go away than suggested.After 18 months (frankly after a year or less), there is a permanent dip where I sleep (6'4 200lbs) and my back pain is as bad as ever at night. Though the value seemed good at first, after a year it's clear it's not worth the money. My previous mattress cost double the price of this dream cloud, but was a good mattress for almost 12 years. After 18 months with the dream cloud I'd take that old mattress back.If you are fine with a fairly soft mattress that will get softer with time, then maybe this is the mattress for you. It's not the worst out there by any means, but I constantly see this listed as one of the best mattresses for back pain, from my experience it certainly is not.
