I think Throne makes the best Vitamin B amazing value its pretty cheap, Easy to swallow dosage is perfect and it helps the immune system great product ide say the best Bvitamin on here honestly I did a lot of checking and testing.

Tastes like a normal multivitimin, smells like one also. Size of the pill is about the average size of most other pills. Other than that, I took them as directed. Didn't notice any crazy differences tbh, just felt healthier knowing that I was supplementing like I was supposed to haha
