How should this be washed?

We just threw it in the washing machine on a wool setting. Seems fine?

Hi in answer to your question, I'm not exactly sure but what I can tell you is that I was very happy with this purchase and although I no longer have it as my niece claimed it, i would like to get another as it was super warm, especially over my face and washes really well too.

Hi, could you tell me if the mask and the neck sections are separate to the hat? (3 piece set) Or is it all one piece?

All one piece but you can button the mask down if you don't want to wear it over your chin. beautifully cosy hat (but I cut the pom pom off).

Is the bobble detachable?

No it's stitched on. But you can easily remove.

Cosy and warm.Perfect!

This lovely hat arrived on time, safely packaged.Someone said theirs smelt mouldy.I dont think it is that.It comes from the fibres of the product and is natural and wears off.It is so warm and snug.No freezing cold air gets through.Even without the flap lifted it protects a lot of my face.I have a big head and it fits and it looks lovely on.Highly recommended in these chilly times xxx

Nice and warm

This hat is nice and warm and has small sort of sparkle in it which is not my scene but was not over the top sparkle so I kept it. My main negative is the button holes for the buttons on the face mask part were really tiny and I gave up, albeit temporarily, trying to button up the face part of the hat, the positives are that it is nice and warm around the ears and neck as well as the rest of it.

Great idea but looks a bit silly

I wanted to like this, as I think it's a great idea... the scarfy bit was lovely and cosy, so no problems there. The hat was really cosy too. The button holes were a little tricky to find, but they're there, so no problems there either. I just felt that it looked kind of silly. The hat bit that comes over the forehead would have looked better if it was folded back on itself, as most hats are. Whether the flap covered my face or was down at the neck, it just looked a bit ridiculous. I guess if I was in Alaska or the Antarctic I might keep it as I might not care about looking silly as long as I was warm.

Soft, warm and snug. Love the colour as well. Perfect for the winter. I ordered 2 one for me one for my mum. Also in order to find the holes for the buttons you need to stretch the material. I hope this helps.

Keeps you warm

Bought this for my wife as she has asthma and the cold effects her more, so she wears it to and from work in the morning at the moment as its really cold, and she uses the front face cover part and that stops her breathing in the cold air.She seems really happy with it and she also says it's comfy.

Useless, bad quality, not at all like shown

TERRIBLE QUALITY, MISLEADING PHOTOS, USELESS DESIGN Very bad quality in general, thin wool knit, cheap looking, not the same product as in photos! BUT biggest issue - there are NO BUTTON HOLES in the bit that they show being able to flip up and button to the two buttons alongside the face. So you cannot connect it to cover the nose and mouth area as shown in their advertisement photos. TERRIBLE QUALITY, MISLEADING PHOTOS, USELESS DESIGN
