Great ptoduct
I used this item for my facials and I love the steam affect. Gives off a lot of steam. I also stream my hair with this product. Worth the $$$$$

Sent a DIRTY, USED Machine 😡
I was sent a dirty, used, broken machine… I mean brown and orange spots. A mildewed water tank and some kind of crumbs in the box…. Totally unacceptable! I picked up last night and opened this morning, so never even got a chance to use because it’s disgusting. Order at your own risk ☠️

Not enough steam for me. It’s nice easy to use but not for me ..I would not discourage anyone for getting it. It’s a lovely home use for your facial routine.

Works well
So I am using this for my hair not my face. The new trend is to steam your hair to put moisture back in. I'm not sure if it works but I'm trying it. O really no issues with the device. Personally I think all of these devices are priced too high - but people are buying them soooo....
