Love the pastel pink, retro style. Often this combo can be tacky but this toaster is perfect. Having a double toaster means not having to deal with trying to remember to change the settings each time since hubby prefers burnt toast. It's nice to finally have utilitarian kitchen items that are also lovely decor. Toasts great. Only slight downside is that it takes longer to toast that my previous ones, but it's not bad enough to consider this a negative.

Loved the color, style, and it works really well. My 11 year old toaster finally broke. Bought this due to good reviews and the color matches the air fryer I have. Followed before use instructions, worked great, toasted some toast and a bagel and it does the job perfectly. I feel like it takes a little longer to cook than some toasters, but again it comes out great! My picture isn’t great due to lighting, but I would say the color is more mint than blue which is what I wanted.

We have used this for about a year, and it has just amazed us in all of the was. The settings were super easy to figure out, and it was so cute to have on your counter top!

Amazing toaster! I needed one with 4 bread spots just for convenience and for when my family grows in the future. I was debating between this one and a regular cusinart one, and so happy I chose this one. I love the classy old school look of it, kinda ressembles the smeg toaster! Toasts very nicely too, first time using it will be a little of a funky smell, but second time the smell was completely gone! So just keep that in mind! Works amazing, highly recommend and it doesn’t break the bank!

Still using it. Looks good, functions well. However, we cleaned it one day and the print/labels wiped right off! Not sure if that makes it a 3/5 or 4/5 - a small issue but it sort of makes you have to think about which button you are pushing (since it doesn’t have a label).

I wrote it before but showed up again.This is a great quality toaster and one of the best customer services in the world.Once happened an issue for their product, they replaced it immediately.I really suggest to buy it.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this toaster almost a year ago in July. I’m not sure if it came this way but we noticed that the left side wouldn’t stay down, the element worked but the hinge or something wasn’t locking. So I contacted their customer service and explained what the issue was and they immediately said okay sounds like and issue and we will get a replacement sent out asap. I have dealt with warranty issues with many companies and it can be a hassle and they don’t want to replace or fix the issues a lot of the time. Not Redmond, they were quick to respond and fix the problem.Now let’s get to the toaster. I got the white color 4 slice toaster. You def have to get use to the settings but the Manuel explains how long each setting is, which is not by minutes so 1 is not 1 min like other toasters. But not an issue. We figured out the setting for us, between 2-3 is just perfect. The bagel setting only heats one side, which is nice if you like to only have the cut side toasted. It heats up quickly and easy to clean. I wanted one that would blend with my backsplash and it’s perfect. I was worried at first bc a few of the reviews state that they get burned toast all the time and the settings are always diff from one piece of toast to the next. I think that’s bc the elements get so hot quickly. I always put it on the lowest setting first to see esp if I have been using it over and over.Anyway I found the company to be great and the toaster to be just what I needed. I haven’t gotten the replacement yet so I’ll update if any issues arise. But if your looking for a toaster and not sure about this one. Get it and if you hate it you can always return it. But I love mine.

Update: after posting my initial review, the seller reached out to me to resolve the problem and sent us a brand new toaster free of charge! This is excellent customer service, and I would like to report that the new toaster is working as expected… This is a fantastic device! A+ rating on customer service, A+ rating on responsiveness, and an A+ rating overall experience !5 stars!Former review: We've only used this a few times (looks great and all that) but we've burnt everything we've put in it unless we hit the cancel button! Do the 1-6 settings dial even work? So far even a 2 burns the the toast. It appears to be that the dials DO NOT WORK. Has anyone else experienced this or is it possible we received one with a defect?
