Awesome bike, great components, exceptional value!
Having used this bike for a couple weeks, I’m very impressed with the operation and build quality. Aluminum frame, Shimano Tourney 3 x 7 (21 speed) drivetrain, mechanical disk brakes, built in headlight, and a very high capacity 48v 13ah Hailong battery (over 600 watt hours)! While the bike was mostly assembled, the instructions were terrible, so final assembly was the only drawback. This is also the first bike I’ve had with mechanical disk brakes so that took time to get dialed in. But the end product, simply amazing and nothing else at this price point comes close!Multiple levels of pedal assist, and responsive throttle on demand. Smooth ride, a nice pair of Kenda tires. 20mph top speed with default settings. Couldn’t even tell you the max range because I’ve barely even used half a charge despite many miles on it.Fantastic job to Pexmor putting together this awesome bike!

Not a safe bike. It will cost you more in the long run
The bike mostly performs as stated. The distance of 49 miles on electric is way exaggerated. Speed is around what is mentioned. It handles decently on moderate off road. My bike has been ok whereas my brother who bought the same bike his bike for whatever reason shuts off assist mode when it gets down to around 30% power. My largest complaint is with the customer service and replacement parts. For example they don't sell replacement batteries. I've tried emailing twice now with 0 response asking if there were any battery out there that I could buy that would work with the mount (wanted to expand my distance ability) and also I asked if what the connection was called from the battery to the controller. It seems to be some uncommon ebike connection that I can't find. If you expect to add and upgrade to this bike, good luck as it seems that between customer service and its build it isn't very friendly toward that.If not for low price I would rate this a 1 star.UPDATE from almost a year ago:I've had issue after issue with this bike. My $90 cheap Walmart bike has treated me better. The brake alone makes this a not safe bike to ride. If going 20 mph you will need at minimum 50-70 feet to stop and that's after tuning in which you need to do every 50 miles. I've even had a bike shop try to tune. Brother has same issue.Back spokes snapped on me after 20 miles on a gravel road.Just took it out of storage for the winter and now I've discovered the back wheel's wheel bearings are shot!Brother's teen son who only weighs 140 pounds hit a small pot hole and front wheel totally got bent out of shape.AVOID this bike!P.S. I love how this company keeps trying to manipulate buyers by lowering price but constantly increasing the shipping cost!

Great bike so far!
Edit: Throttle does work but only on “0” and barely moves you. Not sure what purpose this serves! This thing is a beast! After doing some research and trying to make decision and trying to find a good entry level bike I purchased the Pexmor 26” fat tire. It was shipped trough Fed ex and I was a little worried with some damage to the box. I considered purchasing the $120 professional assembly but found my bike shop did it for me for $80 so check around first. Everything was fine by the way.Now about the bike! Like I said it is a beast! Big, and powerful. My wife bought a Swagtron 26” bike with reg. tires and she is on 3 while I am on 1 setting. Only had the bike a few days so will edit review if I need too.Pros:seems well built and solidPowerful and fastFront suspension horn and lightGreat priceCons: heavyFenders need more supportDisplay is hard to figure out to adjust settingsBattery is tricky to put back on

50 Miles On...Good Bike........*Not So Good Company*
**I'll continue to Update this post as I ride, and work on my bike!**5/9/23- Been Waiting Aprox. 2 Weeks to get an email back from support. Still haven't gotten any word back. Pexmor company doesn't seem to have good/any online support. Don't expect to get anything fixed with the warranty or any answers for questions.I'll start off with the Pros and Cons then to my review (Any new edits I'll post before this)Pros- Not terribly expensive, Good speed, Fat Tires, Easy Assembly, Bright headlight (not very wide beam just bright), Looks nice as well.Cons- Battery removal/install is a pain but gets easier as you live with it, Pexmor Support email is dead.....No replys in weeks from my 3 emails **Personal gripe...only 7 speed. Only has one front crank (its fine just with pedal assist on 7th gear you'll be ghost pedaling a lot. Be nicer to have more gears)Overall the bike is great for the price (got it at 609. If its cheaper I'd pull the trigger on it). I got it with intentions of commuting to work and back and so far its great! I do a bit of off-roading on grass/dirt and it takes it pretty good thanks to the fat tires and front suspension. As for on-road riding its nice and smooth, can be a little load when going full throttle motor is a bit noisy getting up to speed but, it could just be my unit. I'm 6'4 and weight 250 and it hit's ~21MPH on throttle only and can go over 25MPH on Pedal Assist before I start ghost pedaling (only has 7 gears with one front crank). **Removed the speed limiter and it still tops out at 21MPH on throttle only with my friend thats 5'6 140lbs...battery can't output the power to the motor to do anymore) Seat is alright but, I'd upgrade if you want more comfort, I also did buy a spare battery so I have two on longer rides. Here's a link for one that I got and works! **Be Sure when buying a new battery to make sure its a 48V but it can be a higher Ah for more stored power** Overall I give the bike a 7/10. Wish it had more options like more gears, better battery, higher watt motor, however if I wanted that I could have looked else where, and for the price of 600 or less you can't beat it!https://www.amazon.com/ENGWE-Battery-Electric-Lithium-Bicycles/dp/B09FJSXVXN/ref=sr_1_5?crid=SVJB2JWAK2S0&keywords=PEXMOR%2B48v%2Bbattery&qid=1682550697&sprefix=pexmor%2B48v%2Bbattery%2Caps%2C102&sr=8-5&ufe=app_do%3Aamzn1.fos.f5122f16-c3e8-4386-bf32-63e904010ad0&th=1
