Delightful Quality Wooden Musical Box Featuring Iconic Eiffel Tower with Small Moving Magnetic Car | Plays "Encounter" Song

I bought this for my daughter and it’s absolutely adorable. I love everything about it.

Our daughter has taken French for several years and hopes to travel to France one day. We thought she would enjoy this Eiffel Tower music box. Great purchase!It's very well made, very artistic, but the cherry on top is the car. An included tiny toy car actually rolls around the tower with no visible connection. How does it work? If I told you it would reduce the magic.Beautiful gift, well-made and we all loved it. Five Stars!

Having lived in France for over 15 years and I'm very nostalgic about all things French, particularly the Eiffel Tower--I once did a 4 month blog, just on it. However, I'm quite picky about my selection of artifacts and especially representations of the Eiffel Tower. After reading the description--it's all wooden, not plastic--I actually ordered it for myself for Christmas. It is absolutely wonderful, with a charming little tune that is not an over-the-top, stereotypically French one. The old-time car that circles around to the music is equally adorable. It's the only object that sits on my bedroom table. I don't collect anything but I'd love to get all the different cities JustNile makes...hopefully I'll be able to find the London one for my birthday.

I was attracted to it because the person I was giving the gift to, just loves Eifel Towers. It's not easy to choose a gift like this from a photo on a web page, so you are taking your chances. The person who received it really liked it. The fact that the little car somehow travels in a circle and stays on the base by a magnet is it's saving grace. Otherwise, the tower and the other parts on the top are not what you'd call high craftsmanship but it's about what you'd expect I guess for this amount of money. I was disappointed with it. I'd rather have something that is higher craftsmanship and pay more for it. I wished the Eiffel Tower moved or something. And the song in the music box did not immediately make me think of France. The person who received it enjoyed it and it is made of wood which I like.

My mother loves this music box! I wanted to get her something cute that she could decorate with! It works well and has to options to turn of on and on which is kind of like wooderful music boxes which I love. Defijtnely will be purchasing more music boxes like this! Also shipped quicker than I expected which was nice since it’s not a prime inclusive item.

So simple, yet nicely crafted, the little car is removable. It has a magnet on the bottom. When placed on the street with the music box wound, the car goes round and round the Tower.The song is different than what is listed. But that's okay.

This music box far exceeded our expectations! Many visitors who have seen it have also expressed how impressed they were with the quality. It plays for a very long time when fully wound, but it is also very nice to have the "On/Off" switch. This was a gift for our granddaughter and she loves it. I would definitely buy it again (or one of the other scenes from this same seller).
