This stuff tastes awful but I keep buying it because I do love how it makes me feel when I weight train. I’ve tried every flavor and they are all pretty gross. It gives a good pump and also helps me stay focused during my workout without the caffeine jitters.

I’ve used this pre-workout a few times over the years and love it. As I’ve gotten older I don’t like the stim stuff as much as I used to. This makes me feel great and get a pump without the jitteriness of a stim. Really enjoy this product.

This product showed up with the safety seal broken and the powder appeared to be in large rock-like chunks. It is unclear to me if the product was safe to consume.

Love the RAW brand protein tubs but this pre workout does nothing except make me itchy from the beta alanine. I find a much much greater pump but simply taking 2 L Arginine capsules before a workout. In fact I didn’t notice any increased vascularity with the RAW pre workout. I only got the tingly feelings. I did feel a bit more energy and slightly fuller muscles but zero vascular change.

I have tried a lot of different non stim pre workouts, but this one is my favorite. It is the only one that has helped me in the gym. This is the only one that I can tell a difference in my workout when I take it. I love that it is non-stim because I do not get shakey when taking it. I love the ingredients! The flavor is amazing. It dissolves well and doesn't settle quickly. I love how it does not have a powder taste. I also love that it does not leave an after taste.
