This works surprisingly well! My smell (particularly in one nostril) has been gone for years and I didn’t think it would ever come back. So naturally I had very low expectations but wanted to try anyways—the safety risks that come with very poor smell are not great. I have actually noticed that on days when I do use it, I am more aware of smells throughout the day. If I forget to use it the next day, the same benefit does not carry over. Following the directions carefully also makes a difference in how well it works for me. I would be interested in more scents to continue retraining my nose.

My smell was normal other than smelling cigarettes in my sleep. I tried this thinking it may help. It messed my smell up even more. I love eucalyptus but this smells worse than a cleaner. The lemon also smells mixed with something. The cloves were the only normal smell. After trying all 4 all I smell is vomit.

I am positive about this item, however my own expectations caused some disappointment. I had COVID four times and all four times were pretty bad. I have never regained smell and taste. I was hoping for instant results with this kit. It was good, I did regain some smell and taste. It was amazing! It's been almost five years dealing with this. You must be prepared for this smell therapy to slow and results to be small. You have to be in this for the long haul. You will be using the kit four three times a day. You must follow the directions exactly. I did regain some smell and taste after the first week. It was very subtle but so worth the effort.

I lost sense of smell due to covid. I have been using another smell re-training product for 4 months . Some smell has returned but the l decided to buy this product. An excellent product, the 4 nasal inhalers are very strong smells. Wish l had bought this sooner.

I had an issue that took away my smell and taste. My daughter did not. She could smell these across the room while I couldn’t smell these at all. This product is not going to “heal” you but it can help one retrain and validate smells as your mind and body heal themselves.

Three out of four nasal inhalers were not tightly closed and it seemed dried out. My first one was coming from doctor's office and those were significantly different than this shipment.
