Has anyone had battery issues while they were hooked up but not on?

A small 2 prong rocker switch installed between the battery and the unit will eliminate the possibility of killing it. It seems that the controller has wi-fi or BT capabilities. Its not a huge drain but it will kill it over time. The switch will allow you to prevent that when not in use.

How strong is the adhesive on the led strips? could i install, uninstall and install again on a different bike?

Once they are on they are on you cannot reapply somewhere else. I've had mine on for 4 weeks and staying on, I've had other brands peel off in a few days. I had issues with the control boxes but they shipped replacements really quick after I notified them. A really good company.

Where can I find Instructions for installation? Mine didn’t come with any.

Not sure, but it was an easy install. You just need to start at the battery and work from there.

Would this work on a golf cart

I think it would as long as you have an accessory place to hard wire it.
