JETech Screen Protector for iPad Pro 10.5-Inch and iPad Air 3 (10.5 Inch 2019 Model), 9H Tempered Glass Film, HD Clear, 1-Pack

This is the second JETech glass screen protector I have bought and installed. The first was for my work iPad mini, and this one is for my larger, personal iPad Pro.This is a buttery smooth, high gloss glass protector that goes on very nicely! The sticker hinge system works quite well as long as you are careful. The process is in the instructions, but goes like this:Stick the stickers on the back half on and off the iPad.Position the screen, then fold the hinge stickers over onto the screen.Stick another sticker on the opposite side to lift the screen off and out of the way, folding like a book cover with the hinge stickers. Clean the screen with the provided wet wipe, the dry cloth and then use a sticker to remove dust.Remove the film from the side that will contact the glass.Fold back over and lay it on the screen.Press from one side to the other to get out the bubbles / air.Done!A piece of advice. Spend some time dabbing the screen with the sticker to remove the dust. Spend more time than you think is necessary. The cloth leaves a few bits behind and the environment will deposit some dust. Do it in as clean a place as possible because you want the screen to lay down with no dust. If you see a piece (I had one) lift a corner gently and use the sticker to grab it by sliding the sticker underneath to get it.The results are spectacular. Beautiful screen that protects and allows the iPad screen to shine through. Works great with the Apple Pencil. Flawlessly. (If you don’t mind a slippery drawing surface. It’s not like paper. I don’t mind this. If you want a paper like feel, grab a matte finish protector. Not this one).I love my Otterbox. It has saved me countless times from damage. But, I despised the plastic screen protector that comes with it. Solution? Remove the plastic by hitting it with a blow dryer around the adhesive (inside the cover) and gently lift the screen out. At the right temperature most of the adhesive will lift off with the plastic. A little Goo Gone and a paper towel will take care of the rest.Put it together and it fits perfectly.Now, my pristine glass will remain so, and I don’t have to worry about dust under the screen cover ever again.Take your time installing, dab ALL the dust away before the final flip, and you won’t be disappointed. I love it. It is very convenient. It is easy to assemble and fits my 10.5 inch iPad Pro perfectly. I did not realize that it did not come with the screen protector. When the package arrived I found this out! However, the description does say that there is NO screen protector. The company sent an Update email to advise that there is no screen protector with the purchase of the case. This makes me think that many people, like myself, have mistakenly thought there was a screen protector included. Having said that, it is still a very good product and I would recommend it. However, I do suggest purchasing a screen protector as well

I love the technique this product wants us to follow. I was amazed how easy it was to install this screen protector on my iPad perfectly aligned without bubble after watching about 1-minute YouTube video provided by JETech. The quality of the class is excellent too. It is truly Anti-finger print glass.

Update: after a week, I found my iPad on my couch face up with the screen protector shattered. It looked like it took an impact from the very left edge. Not sure what happened exactly (I was home alone working and nowhere near it) so I can't blame the protector for randomly failing nor can I give it credit for saving my screen either. There was no damage to the screen. After using the iPad without a protector for a few days, I noticed that I preferred having this one on because while it's glossy, it's still much less fingerprint prone than the screen itself and it has a smoother feeling as well. I still had the same installation issues where the various application stickers wouldn't stay, reported it through the Amazon app and got a replacement (so 3rd one now). I used scotch tape for hinges and also to lift the screen instead of the supplied stickers and had much better success with this 3rd and final application. So, in my opinion the only stickers you should use are the ones to pick up the dust. Those work great. However, if you replace all the other application stickers with scotch tape, I think you'll find you'll have much better success. I'm finally happy with the product so I'll give a few stars back.Original review: The protector itself is great. Can't really tell it's even there. My gripe is with the application process. You are supposed to strap it down on one side with two strips of adhesive so that the protector can be lifted from the screen, the screen can be cleaned, then you can peel off the plastic from the back of the screen protector and finally apply it to the screen. This sounds like a great method to apply it straight if only it would actually work like it's supposed to. There is another strip of adhesive that you are supposed to stick to the outer part of the screen protector so you can use it to pick the protector up off the screen to clean it as I mentioned earlier. This strip of adhesive was not sticky enough to lift the screen protector up or lay it back down so I had to use my bare hands instead. Luckily I managed to salvage the install but I felt really lucky. Might not be so lucky next time and it could've been a disaster. I like the protector so I may buy this brand again in the future but I'll probably replace that strip of non-sticky adhesive with some scotch tape which I'd hope would be much more sticky and work better. Other than that, it's great.

Easy to install and fits like a glove. Functions exactly as I was hoping.

Quality product! It fits my ipad pro perfectly. Will buy again so I have a back up in case I crack my screen protector again.
