Flavor, pump, mix-ability.. all 10/10. Tried lots of pre workouts and this brand always does really well on flavor

The peach flavor is definitely very strong, but it is quite tasty. Just make sure you cut it with enough water, or the sour/sweetness will have you grimacing.I went caffeine-free for a month, so I was looking for something that was stim-free that could still serve as a great pre-workout. This was a great option, as it gives you something to look forward to before going to the gym, and it definitely gives you a nice meaty pump. Pro tip, add a couple pinches of salt, or eat a tablespoon of honey in addition to the Ghost powder for the craziest pump you've ever had.Product is definitely a little expensive at about a dollar per serving, but most gym centered products are, so this is nothing new. Overall would recommend!

Ghost non-stim pre-workouts are a good option to have in your pre-workout rotation supplement cabinet. The best thing about this product is the flavor. I like how they incorporate citrulline and NO3 in their formula as well. It's a very good pump blend. The product itself is not chalky and dissolves in water good and as silly as it sounds their scoop and lid width is actually wide, firm and well designed so you aren't throwing dust everywhere trying to scoop it out like some products out there.I don't like that there are 40 scoops in this and you basically have to double scoop to get a relevant dose of product. Normally my pre-workouts last a month and this one goes 20 days.Overall, a pretty good product that can be put in your supplement arsenal but for the lack of value it's not on my "must have on hand" list always in my supplement cabinet. If you don't use many supplements or products and only workout 2-3 days a week this would be a solid product for you and it is a good non-stimulant formula that will give you a good pump and leave you with a little in the tank to finish pushing some big weight at the tail end of your workout.

I get heart palpitations so I was looking for something to use as a nonstim pre workout and this worked great! I could genuinely feel the blood in my body just overall flowing better and I believe in turn, that gave me enough energy to get extra reps in. I’d start off in small doses as I did feel I had to experiment with portions to see what worked best for me without making me feel too pumped

Bought this for my partner who works out in the evenings. He used to use regular ghost preworkout and also has caffeine in the morning- would stay up way too late at night doom scrolling on social media sacrificing precious sleep :(He says he really enjoys this, has a great pump, and no jitters/difficulty sleeping without taking melatonin. He trains generally at 6:30 and has no difficulty sleeping.To anyone that exercises in the evenings(past 3pm) and takes preworkout I would highly recommend this! Good quality sleep is so important for recovery and muscle building.

This has a good taste but I did not feel any pre-workout effects. There was no face itch or jitteriness, but it was also not effective in energizing my workout. I did not feel any different than a normal workout without taking anything beforehand. There’s also a slight chalky texture to it.
