Terrible
I had this in my cart for like 2 months because it had great reviews so i decided to buy it but just after consuming it for 4 days i ended up with severe digestive issues like bloating constipation and diarrhea. I had to see multiple doctors in one week only. It completely wrecked my digestion and wasn't worth at all
