I'll never buy new again. I bought 2 used, very good condition. They're perfect. I see no damage, not a scratch. One I had a hard time pairing with the DVR, but I didn't have to pair at all with the TV or soundbar, they worked instantly.Great purchase.

Direct replacement! I got a new Hopper receiver but it only comes with one remote. As you get older the value of having an extra one of everything is great. It programs like the original and instructions are addaquite.

Be sure you know how to program this to your TV. It's NOT automatic.
No instructions given to program this remote to my TV. After looking at Youtube videos with no help, I finally went to Dish Network site "looking to buy a remote" and found a video to activate mine easily. Three buttons to push and it's working. It changed my one-star to a 4-star review. It still would have been good to have the simple instructions on a slip of paper when the remote was shipped. After initial frustration, I am a happy, satisfied buyer :).
