This is a genuine handcrafted Dala horse from Sweden. It's cool to own an iconic piece of my Swedish heritage and important to support the craftsmen and women that create this folk art. This is a rather small horse, but he is the real deal and very cute. While genuine Dala horses from Sweden like this one cost a bit more than similar Asian knock offs, there can be no substitute here. This little equine talisman is about cultural connection. I look forward to expanding my collection.

VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! I THOUGHT I BOUGHT A PIECE OF MY HERITAGE! HERE I WAS SO EXCITED TO HAVE AN ACTUAL SWEDISH HORSE IN MY HOUSE WHERE I COULD PROUDLY DISPLAY AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT IT'S A TOY? IT'S SO TINY!! I AM VERY SAD! THEY SHOULD TELL U THAT IT'S A MINIATURE FIGURINE AND NOT A MEDIUM ONE TO DISPLAY!!!! VERY UNHAPPY WITH AMAZON!@@
