Lightweight, incredible for money, the battery is sufficient for use and recharging takes no time at all! The suction is fantastic, though the dust sensor can be a little weird if not properly cleaned monthly. Emptying the bin is easy, and the whole unit can be removed for cleaning and isolated emptying.I was considering Dyson, and glad I found this. It’s saved me so much money for better results.

A lightweight but powerful hand-held vacuum cleaner, ideal for stairs as well as wider areas. The various tools are easy to switch around, and it is a simple matter to empty the dust box. My only slight niggle is that the latter needs emptying very frequently.

Most impressive on carpets and hard surfaces.The dust container is small.Not so good at edges adjacent to walls etc and the instructions are a tad bewildering at first glance.I still do not understand the logic of cleaning a filter using another filter hieever, overall it is a very impressive machine. Infinitely superior to our cumbersome, feeble Vax Blade which it supercedes.

I bought this Tineco model based on Which.co.uk recommendations as being a reasonably priced and well performing cordless vacuum cleaner. From the very start, the suction was not great and sometimes it shed clumps of dust rather vacuuming them. I persevered and contacted Tineco several times and got one part replaced. It still did not work well and Tineco refused to refund or replace the vacuum cleaner as it was clearly faulty but still within the warranty.

It is better, more powerful, and last longer than my previous wireless vacuum, so I am pretty positive. You can pull out some extra power. Because it is unplug-and-play, we vacuum our rooms ourselves, so we now never fully drain the battery.What I prefer the most is the wall mounted charging station. It matches our small space in the washing machine cupboard.The lack of some kind of a flex head makes it very hard in tight, deep, awkward gaps. eg. Between a bed and wall

I have used this for a week now. Picks up everything from carpets and hard floors, much better than my old Dyson, and I've not used the top gear yet. Love the fact that I don't need to keep my finger on the trigger. It's easy to empty into a bin and comes apart so that most parts can be cleaned. I'm very happy with my A11 Hero and unlike my old machine, it has a detachable battery that can be replaced. 5 stars all round for me.

Yes looks good, suction ok if on full power, but if you have pets the collection bin does not empty without having to get your hands in, pull everything out, pull it all apart, and ultimately get very dirty in the process !!!! For this reason alone I cannot recommend this product but am stuck with it now as can’t afford to get something else !!!!! Plus run time not long at all if on full, I’m in a small two bed house and just about got the house done before it ran out !!!!

Bought this for my sister who, whilst undergoing treatment for cancer, was finding it difficult to use her old and heavy vacuum cleaner. She loves her new cordless. Especially helpful when cleaning stair carpet. It has made a real difference to her day to day living. It was easy to set up with clear instructions.
