I have not been able to use it yet, as I have not yet given birth, but this flange insert seems to fulfill all of the boxes that were complaints about similar products (ex. Not fitting well into the existing flanges, not being easy to remove and it being difficult to visualize the nipple for a centered fit) - all of which these fulfill! At this time, I am happy with my purchase and I’m hopeful that they are just as well fitting once our little boy arrives in the coming weeks.

Bought them for my daughter. Baby was having a hard time latching on and only liked the bottle. So we got these hoping we could trick her into thinking it was the bottle and OMG ! It worked !! I got them 2 months ago and are still attaching . Really easy to clean . Absolutely recommend them

Got these for my medela pump (that I ended up hating) but I found out it also works with my lansinoh wall pump and it’s been a game changer!! Having the correct flange size has also helped with my milk production & I’ve been getting a few extra ounces a day! This is a win

These fit perfectly flush on my MomCozy S9 hand free pump but there is slight gaping with my Medela harmony and pump in style pumps, but they still work just fine. Like the other reviewers said, they are flimsy so I’m super careful when I remove them to not pull from the little tab from fear of them ripping. These were the only all clear ones I could find help to see nipple placement.

i was pumping with the wrong size flange then i got size 21 still wrong, extremely painful and made me dread wanting to pump but these are my correct size i get so much more milk now because im not in pain. the only thing is the design is different then shown has two cut triangle like shapes on bottom, still works just different from what is shown

I reached out to baby buddha when i got my pump to as if they had smaller silicone inserts for the flange, they said the one it comes with is the smallest and it makes the flange 22mm. So i went on amazon and found this! They fit perfect on my baby buddha flange and are so comfy! Definitely recommend
