A creatine monohydrate that is micronized but I will recommend to spend 99 bucks more and go for muscleblaze creapro! As that has a better performance and gives a better pump

Effect on body ok mixility problem not a micronized

I saw the review and thought this to be a good option but it does not even do the basic.One this is not soluble at all… Even after mixing it for 5 mins it does not get dissolve … It seems I m drinking water consisting of mud particles.Secondly no pump at all … I took one scoop on the first day it dint work … I had to apply so much of energy which I generally don’t have to when I simply consume black coffee…So second day I tried 2 scoops…. Same thing no difference… This is utter waste of money … I don’t know how they have received so many positive review when this is a junk ….Please don’t waste your money on this crap… I would try some other product for sure ….
