Great, now I use my air conditioning through Alexa, I no longer have to use the remote control.

This will not register RF signals.
I tried the Moe's app, Tuya, Smart Life, and Go Smart. They are all the same app with a different logo. None of them worked.Pairing the device was super quick and easy. Setting up an IR remote was easy. RF however, just didn't respond. I tried DIY and preset options (roller shades, curtain, projector, etc.). I press and hold the button icon on the app that I want to program, press the button on the actual device remote, and nothing pairs. No change of light status on the app (grey dot at top never turned red) or the hub (blue LED remained solid until the countdown went away, then turned off.) The button icon on the app turned green, but it never actually worked. Trying to program another button just greyed out the first and made the second one green. Testing the buttons didn't do anything. Finishing set up and trying to use it didn't do anything.I tried multiple remotes, all within the appropriate Mhz range, all for different devices... Nothing happened. Each app was exactly the same - down to UI and the instructions. I can't find more detailed instructions on the app or online, so it's just worthless to me.There are cheaper IR hubs out there. Don't bother with this, especially if you need RF control.

Works for IR and RF
Works great so far. It doesn't come with charging brick just cable. I used the Smartlife app and it pairs nicely. Alexa works with IR but not RF (at least with my RF device)When pairing with RF be sure to put in the correct frequency. When mapping the buttons (RF) press remote buttons multiple times rapidly instead of long press.

it would be great if it works
This is my review of this product, I bought this cuz I have a RF remote window shade and want to use my phone by using this device, at first everything went well until a few days the unit starts to have connection drops, I dont always use my window shade its not an hourly use but the time using it the app cant control or stops, Done several resets, I may have a faulty unit unfurtunately, returning this one and for now I will stick to my RF remote.

This has been my life very convenient! I have a fan and audio system that are controlled by remote and are more or less completely automated now after hooking it up to my Alexa. Seems to have a decent range as well

Stopped working exactly 31 days after purchase and unable to get a replacement or refund.
I really like this product but it died exactly 31 days after purchase and am unable to return it for a replacement or refund. Sad. This
