I have to use a lighter fluid to lit the back right hand burner..

I purchased this oven and the regulator and the adapter to the regulator were missing. I contacted customer service and they directed me to the parts. I ordered the correct parts by part number. Part #119 was supposed to be an adapter that connected the oven to the regulator. What came was an elbow?? I contacted them and they said that was the correct part. I directed them to the installation manual page that showed the part was an adapter. Asked them for a spec and they said they didn't have one. The sent out an installer who had no clue how to connect the gas line and regulator to the oven. After doing considerable research and spending time and money, the "adapter" looks like it's a metric to english adpater connection. I sent that information back to Haier and to date, have received absolutely no communication. I would not recommend Haier to anyone.

I like the look of it. modern and sleek looking including the knobs. The cast iron burners are good also to have. Works well no problems. Have it a week already

Range has never worked properly. The oven temp is nearly double the set temperature and the burners have each malfunctioned intermittently. They either do night light or do not stay lit due to the thermocouple. Customer service is awful with Haier. I’ve been waiting over two months for repairs.
