Phytoestrogens are estrogen blockers (not creators) and have isoflavones (antioxidants). They are particularly abundant in soy beans, grapes, whole grains, nuts, etc., yet are in plants in general. While there is no specific amount listed, there are plenty of antioxidants (lessening cancer risk because of stabilization of free radicals, less oxidation of cholesterol on artery walls, anti-inflammatory meaning less stress on your body, etc.) and estrogen-blockers (important for protecting against cancers such as breast cancer, and will not increase estrogen levels), in soy beans. Is the soy isolate extracted with hexane? in addition was the non-gmo soybean sprayed with the roundup pesticide? hexane and roundup are carcinogeni.

This soy protein is extracted with hexane, but hexane is actively recovered when used and would typically be at infinitesimal levels, if detectable at all. Non-GMO soybeans typically do not tolerate glyphosate, which is why glyphosate resistant varieties were genetically engineered. We do screen for pesticides, including glyphosate, in our plant materials…especially those that more likely would be exposed to it.
