The provided sick is to be used to puncture the seal-covered hole at top of ball to break the balloon encasement.

Do I need to rinse the ball each time after I use it?

To clean boscia's Charcoal Jelly Ball cleanser, rinse clean with water and place jelly ball back into bottom plastic base or top plastic lid to dry.

Do you use this with face wash or by itself?

I just use it by itself. Either on a wet face or wet the ball itself and it should lather.

Is this a one time use item?

You can use it more than once! It’s jelly, but its a firm jelly. Not like jello, more like a bouncy ball that squishes a little bit.

It is super slippery

Long Long Long lasting! I am surprised at how much use I got out of this ball! I still have it! Makes my face feel smooth and clean. Love the light scent, nothing harsh at all.

Came opened

I received my order yesterday and outer layer was opened. The cleansing ball also seemed very small. I have had them in the past and this one definitely came defect.

It works!

I'll admit tiktok made me buy it! Fun little face wash! It does remove my makeup...not super easily though! Takes some work to lather it up but overall I do like it! My face can tend to be sensitive to products but not with this! Want to try the pink one next!
