Slightly salty/medicinal taste to start with, but not in a bad way. Once you’ve had the first couple though you start to get used to it. My energy levels are higher with these and they keep me running for longer (and I usually drink energy drinks to keep me going) I bought these as a better replacement for my own health and honestly would recommend them 100 percent, I’ve just ordered my third tube! They seem to keep me more hydrated than just drinking water alone. They dissolve so well, looking “bitty” but then completely disappearing. I use one tablet in my bottle shown below (about 400mls of water), and I find this works well ratio wise. Slight cherry aftertaste and I will keep on buying!

I have been using these every day for a couple of weeks now, whilst I must say the orange flavour and the mango flavour is okay ,the red berry isn't great, BUT i am recently very unwell with suspected POTS and after doing some reading I thought I should try electrolytes and came across these, and to say it's been only 2 weeks ,I have noticed a big difference in my fatigue levels, and much less brain fog and have noticed that my heart doesn't race quite as violently when I stand up, these phizz tablets are not a total fix but have made my symptoms much more bearable and I can do a lot more daily, on more strenuous days I use two phizz tablets spread out and makes life much more bearable, I can actually do life now 🤣 if you can get past the not so great taste, if you have pots and are struggling -give them a try- it might help even just a little.

Does the job, takes a while to get used to the taste as quite salty

These taste really lovely, and they are very easy to use. Drop one tablet into water, stir, and enjoy. I couldn't confirm if all vitamins are present, but this company has excellent reviews all over the internet. They are not paid adverts or obviously fake reviews, and the reviews are favourable. I have not encountered any unpleasant side effects, and they are also not expensive. You will notice that it may change the colour of your urine temporarily. My wife and I experienced it and found it quite amusing.I have changed over to their orange flavour, and that is equally good, but with a vitamin C boost

They work and are pretty good for the price they dissolve pretty well but there was a couple of like bits at the bottom of the cup and the aftertaste was a bit salty still a good flavour though.

I sometimes need a bit of a boost and to get rehydrated, and these seem to help. They dissolve quickly in water and are available in different flavours. I will be honest and say I don't take them every day, just on an as-and-when I feel the need to. I even take them on holiday with me as they take up very little space.I do highly recommend them.

These are great I definitely feel more hydrated and energetic however the taste isn’t the best I can get past it for the benefits, the quality is really good and I don’t find them to be bitty the taste just lets it down a tiny bit

Tastes absolutely foul even when chilled only thing I can prepare it to is the bowl prep drink u have to drink before a colonoscopy similar medical salty taste and a rank orange after taste, only have to drink 300ml per 1 tablet so I guess that's something but still hard to get down the neck at first but the foul taste is a small price to pay for its beifits I guess we shall see
