Works perfectly for lifting in the gym. It has a great cut, holds color, washes well, doesn't shrink and keeps a cooler temperature. Love the material, good moisture wicking and comfort.

My spouse adores these shirts; they look great, fit the body well, with the exception of the sleeves, which run a bit small. Despite this, my hubby doesn't mind because the shirts are cozy and ideal for working outside because he wears protection UV sleeves underneath. The only issue I have is that the strings usually fall out when you wash them. To prevent this, tie the strings together before washing. Other than that, the quality and thickness are excellent.
