It was a great tribute book for our Rabbi’s 50th year of ordination celebration. It looked handmade and the paper was good. It was easy to use.

This came just as it said it in the description. I was overwhelmed with joy after seeing how nice it was made and it even help up to my calligraphy pen with no bleeding through. i couldn't ask for a better Book of Shadows. i will be ordering more for yule for friends and family and for myself down the road. The price was awesome and the leather and stitching was great. Anyone who says differently is just being too picky cause i didnt not find any imperfections that shouldn't be there already from having such paper which feel and color is BEAUTIFUL! Not to forget to mention the detail on the leather work on the book cover. Thank you so much very pleased with the whole thing.

I've used this as a journal for years now, and it has been great! It holds up well and its beautifully made. Really worth the buy.

This is a perfect leather backed book with tie to keep closed. Perfect for a diary or to start a family tree or the keep poems in.

Good Leather bound book and craftsmanship for a good price, even better is its blank with no lines so I can fill it with writings and artwork. Very proud of it.

I ordered 2 of these at the same time. They are beautiful journals, but they don't match the detail work in the original one pictured. The border was supposed to be floral and it's more symbols on mine, there was also supposed to be stitching around the border, the tree doesn't have the line detail of the bark as pictured, the ground doesn't have the look of dirt, all the symbols are slightly different than pictured, and mine has more symbols than the original... there is no blank spots on the covers of mine as there are in the original. That being said, the overall quality and craftsmanship of these journals are great. I am an ocd perfectionist and the detail work was done very well and consistent on both journals. The design on the back is absolutely beautiful as well as the inside flap. Both leather covers on the 2 I received were identical. The pages inside however were different colors in each journal and different thicknesses. You can see in the picture the one with the whiter pages is thicker.... being that they are hand made this is understandable. Also, being hand made I would expect some variations in the detail work, but there really isn't any. They are nicely made, I just wish they looked more like the original, especially since I spent quite a bit of time going back and forth comparing all the different tree of life journals and liked the detailing on this one the best.

This is a well built product and should wear well and be durable over the years. Would buy again.

I was very impressed with the overall look and feel of this book. It was a gift and I'm sure that it will hold up and age just nicely.
