The Poise brand is fantastic! I have tried other brands but they can’t compete with Poise! I have been using the 6 drop absorbency in the long length and love them! I decided to try the 8 drop absorbency for nighttime and although at first I was worried they would be too thick and too wide, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the pad. They are very soft and comfortable and they are very absorbent! On occasion I have even worn them during the day when I’m going to be running errands and I know I will not have quick access to a restroom facility. They are more comfortable than an adult diaper and just as absorbent. Incontenance is a real pain but having Poise pads really helps make it tolerable.

These pads offer excellent overnight protection. They’re super absorbent, comfortable, and stay in place well. Great for heavy bladder leaks or postpartum use. A bit bulky, but worth it for the peace of mind. They hold a lot of fluid. They are comfortable. They are not itchy, very durable. Works well.

Finally, a product that retains all the moisture. The pad is thicker, has more coverage, comfortable to wear, easy to use. Price is good. Highly recommend this product.

Poise Overnight #8 "Overnight for Bladder Leaks, Extra Coverage, Long" pads, pack of 36. This brand makes at least 8 different types of pads. Due to incontinence I use this brand #8 only during the day. I do not drink lots of fluid due to fluid retention. If I have to take a fluid pill during the morning, I use pull-ups for Night Protection as the fluid pill is effective for 5-6 hours and NO pad will provide the protection I need. This pad is thick, has a wide back, is comfortable, and 15.9" long. These pads works very well for me during the day. I use pull-ups 7 days a week and about 16 hours per day. I only use the brand Poise #8 pads during the day when I need a break from wearing pull-ups due to all the elastic gathering in them and these pads works great for me. Like any pad or pull-up, if you wear it too long it will leak! The Poise pads are a little cheaper the more you buy at one time. During shipping you may find a pad slightly out of shape, since they are not always shipped in a box. If so, just turn the pad over to the back side. Using your hand, firmly rub it over the full length of the pad before removing paper off the back side. This has always worked for me.NOTE: Due to incontinence, for extra protection at night I now use LivDry "Ultimate" disposable pull-ups which is the most absort in this brand in pull-ups and they are great. I'm sure these would work well for some individuals during the day. Worth every penny to me!

I have ordered the overnight pads 54 times from Amazon because I have severe in continence and other brands of pads leaked through! These Poise pads for overnight were sticky and stayed on the spot of your cotton underwear but the last 4 months they won’t stick to my underwear I had to buy double sided tape to use on the pads every time I needed to change my pads I go thru about 10-15 pads a day! I contacted Poise Customer Support line by phone and told them they need to have more adhesive pads that worked, I spent a lot of money to use them. I went to the Dollar General and purchased a smaller size of 22 poise overnight pads and for 16.00 they had plenty of sticky pads that I could use without bunching them up and my leaking of urine down my leg which is embarrassing!! Please would you look at these overnight poise pads for better adhesive so these pads work. Shelli

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Pad is very large, almost too big. But better for overnight than the “thin overnight” #8!! I like that it’s long, and wide. I feel confident wearing this at night. But what a shame they can’t combine the thinness of the “thin overnight” with this length and shape.

I get these for my mother on Subscribe and Save. She uses them at night for when she wakes needing to get to the bathroom because she doesn’t always make it in time. She insists the #8 ones are the only ones that get the job with no leaks. Will continue to purchase as long as she wants them!
