Works just the same
I was using another brand that came in a bag but preferred a bottle instead for ease of storage. I have seen no significant difference in performance which is a good thing considering I use it to make homebrew wine. The price isn't bad either.

Wonderful Product
Real simple to use. I had to use a double dose since I was not able to get any before my current brew but one day in and this pectic enzyme is already helping clear the gunk stuck in suspension. For how cheap it is, I will be getting a good amount of uses out of it. I will be purchasing again once I run out.

Canning oranges
Soaked mandarin oranges with this prior to canning. After soaking, it was so easy to peel off the strings.

We love the canned mandrine oranges, but the cost! So, after some research I decided to try this and make my own, since I can everything else! It works perfectly to get those perfect little orange segments without all the white butter pith. Highly recommend this!!
